Fence Guru Answer: There is no such thing as colour-coded concrete bolts, for use with 'bolt down' base plated fence posts.
The easiest and most common way is to use a powder-coated colour matched domical cover to hide the bolts and make your fence post look neat. It is installed by simply slipping it over and down the fence post. It completely covers and hides the base plate and concrete bolts. You will find this item in most categories. Here is an example:
Domical Cover for 50mm Wide Pool Fence Posts - Choose your colour The other method is to use stainless steel rods that are glued into the concrete. If installed neatly the Stainless steel rods with a nice washer and nut look neat and architectural. By gluing the rods in, you not only will have the strongest fixing possible but you can ensure that the threaded bolt is just a few millimetres above the nut, and this way they will all look even and nice.
NEVER use dynabolts as they look terrible and do not hold very well!
WARNING ABOUT RUSTING: We recommend that you never use zinc plated (Gold or Silver types) to bolt fence posts down as they will eventually rust. (especially outdoors or around a pool). Hot-dip galvanised must be used as a minimum, but even this cannot be guaranteed not to eventually rust in highly corrosive environments like around swimming pools. We recommend that you only use stainless steel and that for strength reasons you should use the gluing method. See these products:
