Hi thanks for contacting Fence Guru. This glass is 12mm thick - a panel that is 1200 x 1200mm weighs approx 50 kg and is designed and certified for pool safe fencing. It is not designed or certified for any kind of windows or skylights. I recommend you go to a window or skylight supplier and get glass that is designed for that application.
