Yes the length of the PVC semi-privacy fencing panels can be altered. The panels come in a flat pack that is assembled, so you just need to trim down the rails and insert the desired number of pickets to suit your needs. You can add a punch tool to your order to make new tabs on the rails to ensure they lock securely into the posts.
