Team, couple of questions. If i buy a 6m length, i assume this can be cut into two 3m lengths without impacting a clean finish? If the cut end is concreted in to the ground shouldn't be an issue? Reason being, 2400 height isn't quite high enough if i say lose 400mm of that into the ground when concreting, leaving a screen height of 2m. I need a screen height about 2.4m above ground. 2) Can the vertical posts be side mounted at all? My screen will come directly off the house, and hence i was thinking rather than concrete in close to the house i'd simply fix the vertical post directly to the house, and concrete the other one. Hi thanks for your questions. Yes that is correct the
6m lengths can be cut to whatever size is required. Just use a suitable blade to make the cuts with. You will need to allow for at least 500mm into the ground for installation, however if fixing the other post to the side of the house, you will not need as long a length for that side so can cut where appropriate to allow for the extra length on the post going into the ground.
