Hi, the steel security fencing doesn't come in 1.2 high - we only have a range of aluminium or PVC fencing in that height. What about using the post and rail PVC fencing - it is designed for farms. Maybe whatever you choose to go with, you could run an electric wire through if it proved to be problematic with the cows using it as a scratching post.
